his work entitled ‘Face
Value’ was selected by the Whitechapel Art Gallery. In the same year
he exhibited at the Annual show at Delfina Studio, a series of new photography
work on slate tiles, rendering photographic images as if they are part
of a natural composition of fossils.
In
1993 his work received an excellent review in the Guardian Art Column
about his work entitled “The
Name of the Father”, which was shown at the Annual show at the Delfina
Studio and in 1994 continued on to exhibit alongside Justin Jones and Neil
White, followed by numerous exhibitions in France and Spain
He has also
participated in the Research Cancer Annual Exhibition and providing catalogue
work for galleries. Many of his works are now in private collections in
Europe. His work uses the expressiveness of black and white to produce
contemplative, yet powerful figures, whether posed and alone, or as part
of a social reflection.
